A Study on the Effect of Socio-Demographic Features on Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies

Özet: Bu çalışma, bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejileri yani bireyin baş etme mekanizmalarının sosyo demografik değişkenlerle ilişkisini incelemek amacıyla oluşturulmuştur. Veri toplamak amacıyla Bilişsel Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği (BDDÖ) ve sosyo demografik veri formu ullanılmıştır. Bilişsel duygu düzenleme stratejileri ile Yetiştiriliş, aile tipi ve yaşanan yer gibi nitelikler dahilinde demografik etkenler arasındaki ilişkiye etki eden faktörlerin belirlenmesi önem taşımaktadır. Böylelikle etki eden faktörlere dair farkındalık kazandırılmış ve literatüre katkı sağlanmış olacaktır. Anahtar kelimeler: Duygu, Bilişsel Duygu Düzenleme, Sosyo Demografik.

A Study on the Effect of Socio-Demographic Features on Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies

Abstract: This study was created to examine the relationship of cognitive emotion editing strategies, i.e. the relationship of the individual's coping mechanisms with sociodemographic variables. Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale (BDDÖ) and socio demographic data form have been passed to collect data. It is important to determine the factors that affect the relationship between demographic factors within the qualifications such as cognitive emotion editing strategies and upbringing, family type and place of place. Thus, awareness about the factors that affect them will be gained and contributed to the literature Keywords: Emotion, Cognitive Emotion Regulation, Socio-Demographic.
