Özet

One of the most significant structural and psychosocial problems women face in the workplace is the normalization of mobbing behavior. The existing literature provides limited systematic analyses of which criteria should be prioritized and which strategies are most effective in addressing this problem. This gap leads to misallocation of organizational resources, ineffective interventions, and the continued invisibility of mobbing. The aim of this study is to identify the most effective strategies to prevent women from normalizing mobbing behavior and to offer decision-makers a clear, evidence-based roadmap. Evaluations were obtained from five experts, and their opinions were weighted using a Euclidean distance approach that accounts for differences in age, experience, and academic background. The criteria were assessed using the CRITIC method, and strategies were ranked through the RATGOS technique. Furthermore, Koch Snowflake fuzzy sets were integrated into the model to reduce uncertainty. By integrating Koch Snowflake fuzzy sets, the model enables a more nuanced and flexible representation of uncertainty in human judgment, which strengthens its capacity to model complex social phenomena. The study contributes to the literature by identifying the most critical criteria and strategic priorities through a transparent and structured decision-making model. The findings indicate that strengthening corporate culture and providing regular training programs are the most important criteria, while defining and monitoring ethical standards and ensuring clear written communication emerge as the most effective strategies.
