Özet

Education based on the Internet happens to be an candidate to become one of the most significant methods employed in distant teaching. Successful educational trends are able established only if based on creational work where teamwork would become necessary in order to provide an enriched study medium for the students. At Internet based distant education, the following aspects may be accounted for achieving success: good communication means between the instructor and the student, interactive study between students, active learning ways, immediate feedback in rich from between the homework and projects, ability to keep the students concentrated on sole matter, maintain his timeliness, keep expectations at high standards from the students, providing and maintaining to the differences between the students. When providing all these, the Internet should always remain in the background giving the technological help necessary when needed in a clear manner. Internet based education appears in front of us in a manner different from conventional means, which is changing the philosophy behind the concept of providing education. One may consider that this approach may change some of the models grasped for basic education when timely and at the right spot. When consideration is given at Internet based education we see that it appears to include difference for the student and the instructor in term of time and place where consider is given to such way of education being considered to aim at performance of the desired action. Also, by providing asynchronous facility in term of time and place seems to provide more suitable medium for both, learners and the instructors. Mostly in the United States, in our day there are more than 2.2 million students who are talking advantage af education based on the internet. This number is expected to rise to 200 million worldwide by the year 2003. This study would include description of alternative tools for internet based education as well as course in electromagnetic.
