Özet

The aim of this study is to analyze the packaging in all areas by examining the studies on the subject of circular economy, which is becoming increasingly important in the field of sustainability, and to provide researchers with a perspective by mapping. The research was conducted in Scopus, between 2010 and 2022. Between these years, 761 publications by 2695 authors, 2154 keywords, 85 countries, and many criteria of these publications were analyzed. The obtained data were mapped by VOSviewer and presented with the help of diagrams and graphs. Studies in this field were examined bibliographically according to years, subject area, and country. When the number of publications between 2010 and 2022 is examined, it is seen that there is a regular increase every year. When the most cited publications were examined, it was seen that 2018 was the year with the most cited publication with 37.93%. The year 2018 is followed by 2019, 2020, and 2021, respectively. In addition, when the number of publications and citation numbers are examined, we see that the countries with the highest number of publications with 60.50% are the European Union countries. In addition to the European Union countries, the presence of Far East countries with 8.26% draws attention. As a result of the mapping, it was concluded that the European Union countries had more scientific relations with each other and the Far East countries with each other. In addition, it has been concluded that European Union countries and Far East countries are making more publications together strikingly.
