Bilindiği gibi, 1998-1999 Eğitim-Öğretim yılına dek, bağımsız birer bölüm olarak
eğitimlerini sürdüren Müzik Eğitimleri Bölümleri, bu ders yılında itibaren Müzik
ve Resim Bölümlerinin birleştirilmesi ile Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü çatısı altında Anabilim Dalı olarak Eğitim ve Öğretimlerini sürdürmektedirler. Bu program, 1997 yılında yürürlüğe girmesine rağmen 2006 yılında YÖK’ce onaylanmıştır. Ancak, 1998’den önce Müzik Bölümü Programlarında var olan Korrepetisyon
dersi, yenilenen ders programında yer almamıştır. Yeni programa eklenen “Eşlik
Çalma” ise, Müzik Bölümü öğrencilerine öğretmenlik mesleğinde derslerde işleyecekleri şarkı, türkü ve marşları çok sesli çalabilme yöntemlerini öğreterek eşlik partisi yazma ve çalma becerisini kazandırma amacına yöneliktir. 1998-1999 öğretim
yılında uygulanmaya başlayan yeni programda eklenen dersler, programda var olan
derslerin programdan kaldırılması, haftalık ders saati dağılımlarında da değişimler
söz konusudur. Bu çalışmada diğer Eğitim Fakülteleri Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı görüşlerini de alarak öncelikle Korrepetisyon dersinin eksikliğinin yarattığı sorunlar ve her iki dersin amaç ve önemi ele alınarak incelenmiştir.
As is known, the Departments of Music Education, which has continued to provide
education as an individual department until the Academic Year of 1998-1999, have
started to provide education as a unit under the roof of the Department of Education of Fine Arts upon the combination of the Departments of Music and Painting
since the said year. This program became effective in 1997 but was not approved
by the Council of Higher Education until 2016. The Course of Correpetition included in the Programs Music education before 1998 is however not included in
the renewed course program. The Course of “Accompaniment Playing” included to
the new program is intended to teach the students of the Department of Music the
methods how to play songs, folk songs and anthems, which they will teach their
student when they become teachers, in a polyphonic manner, and give them skills
to write and play accompaniment parties. The new program started in the academic
year of 1998-1999 includes the addition of new courses, the removal of existing
courses and, the changes in the distribution of course hours. In this work, first of
all, the problems caused by the lack of the course of Correpetition have been analyzed together with the purpose and importance of both courses taking the opinions
of the Department of Education of Music of other Faculties of Education.
