Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) targets to provide a whole effect of organisation; to modernize, to have a constant development and cicatrisation and rivalry power. For better education, needs analysis should be performed correctly. This work aims to exhibit the effects of the education using TQM on raising musical instructors.
