Özet

Falling from high is a common mechanism of trauma especially in workplaces and occupies a high percentage on etiologies of cervical injuries so necessitates appropriate precautions for complications which could be prevented otherwise. Axial loading forces impacted by vertical falls can cause facet dislocation fractures which are often seen in cervical spine than the rest of vertebral column and it may happen bilaterally whıch is mostly located at same level on two sides. Here we present an atypical presentation of bilateral facet dislocation fracture of cervicothoracic junction with asymmetrical involvement of two different level
