Abstract

Objective: To investigate an optimal screening protocol for impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and type 11 or non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (DM) by using fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in postmenopausal women.
