This study examines the acceptance and attitudes of healthcare quality and accreditation auditors toward using augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies in training processes. It also proposes an AR/VR Integration Roadmap to enhance auditor education in Türkiye. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted in June 2025 with 97 actively practicing auditors in Türkiye. Data was collected using an instrument adapted from the Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM3), consisting of six dimensions: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived external control, computer anxiety, perceived enjoyment, and behavioral intentions. Integrating AR and VR technologies into auditor training can enhance professional competencies, improve training effectiveness, and accelerate decisionmaking. A holistic AR/VR integration approach may foster technologically adaptive auditors and inform future policymaking and program development in Türkiye. The findings revealed high levels of awareness (67%) and positive attitudes (95.9%) toward AR/VR technologies among auditors; however, actual usage remained limited (7.2%). Significant differences were observed based on awareness and attitudes (p<.05). Strong positive correlations among TAM3 dimensions confirmed the internal consistency of the model. These results indicate that while cognitive and affective acceptance is high, structural and organizational barriers hinder practical implementation.
