Özet

The aim of this project is to analyze and reorganize the current processes of the relevant company and to make improvements to increase the efficiency of the processes as a result of the studies and to manage the process flow of the Human Resources Departments in Turkish Technic INC. Current processes are prepared according to five thousand employes. During this period, the current number of employees of the company reached fifteen thousand employees. For this reason, these processes have been rearranged according to the current number of employees in the company. Process flow charts have been prepared by us using a program called VISIO. In the program, the swimlane diagram was used. With this diagram, it was shown which departments were doing what and which passive departments were in the flow. When using this program, the functional process flow chart has been chosen as a form in order to comply with processes. Possible risks were identified with the help of the prepared processes. Control situations to be done were determined. The main purpose is to reach ISO 9001 standards regarding the quality of existing processes. Project will consist of three stages. First, the processes were documented. Then, risks and directions to be developed based on ISO 9001 standards were determined. Improvements were applied in the last stage. As a result, the processes were reviewed and new forms prepared considering the risks were taken, and instruction lists were created for each process, and as a result of these instructions, the processes were adapted to a certain standard. As a result of the studies, all processes have been standardized.
