This study examines the shift from a youth-focused to a senior-centric approach in entrepreneurship, particularly among women over 45. Through qualitative analysis, it explores how family dynamics, various capital forms (economic, social, symbolic), and cultural perceptions impact their entrepreneurial journeys. The findings reveal senior women's unique advantages, such as extensive life experiences and networks, against challenges like societal biases and age barriers. The paper contributes to redefining entrepreneurship across different life stages and calls for inclusive policies that recognize the diverse contributions of senior women, underscoring the need for enhanced support.
