The aim of this study is to investigate the role of organizational citizenship behavior in the effect of employer brand perception on organizational silence behaviors. It is aimed to determine whether employees' employer brand perceptions affect silence behaviors and whether organizational citizenship behavior plays a role in the relationship between these two variables. In addition, it was investigated whether there is a difference according to demographic characteristics of the employees. Within the scope of the research, the data obtained through questionnaires to 140 employees in 16 branches of a public bank were analyzed with SPSS program. At the end of the study, employees' perception of employer brand, organizational silence and organizational citizenship behaviors were high. Within the scope of the aim of the study, the role of employer brand perception on organizational silence was partially moderated by organizational citizenship behavior.
