Özet

This paper presents a new method of modeling optoelectronic components such LEDs and laser diode using PSPICE simulator. Often the modeling of these elements utilizes a simple SPICE model of PN junction diode. In this paper we present new method based on the physical parameters of the optoelectronics components. In this work the user introduce directly all the blocks of the optical fiber link in order to simulate the transmission.
