Choroid plexus papillomas (CP) are very rare and are commonly found in the lateral ventricles (LV) in children. CP in children are often quite large and the average diameter is 4 cm at the time of diagnosis. However, our patient is an adult and her CP was in the left lateral ventricle, quite large and in multiple locations including body, atrium and temporal horn of the LV, contrary to the literature. We intended to present an unusual case of CP with an extremely large size in the LV in an adult.
