Al Farabi 12th International Scientific Research and Innovation Congress , Almati, Kazakistan, 3 - 04 Mart 2024, ss.333-335
Aim: Bu çalışmada, fiziksel uygunluk testlerinden dayanıklılığı gösteren şınav, mekik ve esnekliği

ABSTRACT
Aim: In this study, physical fitness tests such as push-ups, sit-ups, and front and back stretching tests
showing flexibility, as well as their relationship with body mass index, changes between genders,
differences between classes and branches, differences between periods in the same sample, and their
relationship with the pandemic period. It is aimed to examine and reveal whether the negative effects of
the pandemic continue.
Materials and Methods: It is a research model created with the physical fitness tests of secondary school
students in three terms in Physical Education and sports classes, as well as a survey conducted via
Google form for the post-Covid period. In this study; The year 2017-2018 is called the pre-pandemic
period, 2021-2022 is called the early period after the pandemic, and 2022-2023 is called the late period
after the pandemic.
Result: As a result of statistical analysis, it was seen that early covid results were significantly higher in
the post-covid period, when physical fitness values were affected, compared to the pre-covid period. It
was noted that the early Covid period was better in terms of body mass index. According to the survey
results, no statistically significant results were found in terms of fast food and study performance.
Key Words: Covid-19, age, physical activity, obesity, body-mass index, flexibility, sit-ups, push-ups
