Özet
A new hybrid non-isolated step-up DC–DC converter combining switched-capacitor (SC) and active switched-inductor (A-SL) techniques is proposed for photovoltaic energy-harvesting systems. Conventional SC- or A-SL-based converters often suffer from insufficient voltage amplification, excessive stress across semiconductor devices, or the absence of a common-ground configuration. To overcome these limitations, the proposed converter integrates an original capacitor–inductor cell with SC and A-SL structures, achieving ultra-high voltage gain while maintaining low semiconductor voltage stress. The topology also provides reduced current and voltage ripples and a common-ground configuration suitable for renewable-energy systems. A comprehensive steady-state analysis, component-design procedure, and closed-loop performance evaluation are presented. A laboratory prototype controlled by PI regulator was developed for experimental validation. With a 10 V input, the converter achieved an output of 99.82 V, corresponding to a voltage gain of approximately 10. The MOSFET voltage stresses were limited to 24.4% and 31.5% of the output voltage, while the diode voltage stresses were approximately 55%. The output-voltage ripple remained below 0.2%, and the experimental efficiency ranged from 89.9% to 94.5% depending on the duty cycle. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed converter for high-gain and high-efficiency DC–DC power-conversion applications.
