Özet
This study examines the multi-year memory processes of students with migration backgrounds who spent a formative period in Germany and now reside in Turkey. It focuses on the interaction between individual and collective memory patterns and their influence on identity formation and decisions regarding their professional and personal future. Key areas of analysis include living conditions, social stability, educational opportunities, and a sense of belonging. The findings indicate identifiable correlations between memory patterns and decision-making processes but also highlight the complexity of the subject, underscoring the need for further in-depth and interdisciplinary research.
