Background and Aim: The pathological course of spinal cord contusion injuries includes primary and secondary mechanisms of injury. Secondary injury may respond to pharmacologic interventions. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of clopidogrel on the recovery of neurological functions in a rat model of spinal cord injury (SCI).
