Özet

COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020 resulted in serious Public Health Problem in all over the World. As personally and financially loss increases everyday more, Health problems present itself with new ethic, medical and legal challenges. Both Health care system and health services imposed a heavy burden that mobilized all capacity to prevent COVID-19 infection. But because COVID-19 virus has a speciality of unknown nature and/or discovery of new characteristics and also dispersal of the disease occurs with public interaction, Ethical and legal problems beside medical problems are coming out.

So, Online Workshop of Health Law in COVID-19 Pandemic was organised to discuss the last condition in COVID-19 Pandemics in respect of ethic, legal and medical problems. Invited presentations, questions and answers during the workshop was published together in a workshop booklet to guide healthcare professionals.

During COVID-19 Pandemic, Healthcare professionals were confronted with increased risk of COVID-19 infection and Burnout Syndrome because of their occupation. Actually, The government in Turkey put an investigation commission to study disability of COVID-19 infection as occupational disease for healthcare services. We discussed to give solution and measures in case of any political labour and any study with Medical Professional for the disability calculation of COVID-19 infection and burnout syndrome.

We present all discussion and oral contribution during the Online Workshop in this Booklet.
