Özet

As the competition gets tougher, there is more pressure an manufacting sectors to improve quality and customer satisfaction while decreasing cost and increasing productivity. These can be achieved by using Total Quality Management (TQM) concept and process improvement technics. The concept of TQM was developed for improving the production quality of goods in all areas of the company. Quality in the TQM sence is not just important and measurable in the finished products, but in every step of the wort process, including services, whether these be provided for external or for internal customers. Process improvement technics are reduced process variability and driven waste within manufacturing process using effective application of statistical tools.
