Özet

Due to globalization, rapidly changing competitive environment and conscious customers, organizations have realized to determine exactly their customers’ needs. This reality has been also predominantly accepted by the higher educational institutions within the service industry.

Today so many educational institutions are targeting better teaching and training activities by means of total quality management tool. In this study, an application of quality function deployment (QFD) to seek more effective internship program for undergraduate students is presented.
