Proje Özeti
The design of coating
experiments will be done primarily for the production of LaB6
filaments which will be produced by using the magnetron sputtering system (MS)
in Marmara University and EMAG Machinery R&D. Tungsten, molybdenum, and
tantalum wires will be coated magnetron sputtering system by using LaB6 and other commercial targets with novel interlayer structures.
