Proje Özeti

The design of coating experiments will be done primarily for the production of LaB₆ filaments which will be produced by using the magnetron sputtering system (MS) in Marmara University and EMAG Machinery R&D. Tungsten, molybdenum, and tantalum wires will be coated magnetron sputtering system by using LaB6 and other commercial targets with novel interlayer structures.
