Biography
Assoc. Prof. Ali Haydar Özer received his Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2011, and since that time he has been a faculty member in the Dapartment of Computer Engineering at Marmara University. His research spans several fields, including electronic market design, auctions and barter exchanges, cloud computing, combinatorial optimization and heuristic design.
