The main theme of ICEA2024 was "The field and profession of educational administration in the 100th year of the Republic". The fact that the Republic of Turkey has left 100 years behind has undoubtedly had some important consequences for educational administration and has imposed some more important responsibilities on the field of educational administration. On the other hand, the crises in the field of education around the world make it necessary to conduct more research on "educational administration" as a profession. ICEA2024, organized by EYEDDER, was on 7-9 March 2024 in Istanbul, hosted by Istanbul Medeniyet University in cooperation with Istanbul Medeniyet University and PEGEM Publishing.
