By focusing on the specific challenges and stressors faced by airline employees, this research will provide valuable insights into the effects of the pandemic on the working lives of these employees and inform the development of strategies to support their well-being during this challenging time. For this purpose, a survey was done with 390 participants working in the airline in different duties and positions, sector using a simple random method. The all collected data were analyzed in SPSS package program. The research consists of three variables. These are one independent variable "Quality of Work Life" and two dependent variables "Work Stress" and "Fear of Covid-19".
A negative correlation was found based on the results of the analysis between Work-Related Quality of Life and Fear of Covid-19and between Work-Related Quality of Life and Work Stress; on the other hand, a positive correlation was found between Fear of Covid-19 and Work Stress. In addition, it was determined that quality of work life has a statistically significant and negative effect on Fear of Covid-19; when other independent variables are held constant, a one-unit increase in the level of Quality of Work Life causes a decrease in the level of fear of Covid-19. In addition, as the participants' Covid-19 fear levels increase, their job stress also increases.
