Abstract:
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system effectiveness has a big impact on how well a firm uses its resources and how well it competes. Understanding the variables that affect people's (workers') satisfaction is crucial because it is what motivates effective ERP adoption.
This study's objective is to examine the relationship between critical ERP Success Factors and End User ERP Satisfaction under Techno-stress moderation. In addition, contributing to the number of empirical researches in literature and having a comprehensive view on End User ERP Satisfaction by bringing together organizational factors and employee (user) factors by including users' instinctive approach to new technologies and software, which we define as Techno-stress.
The association between ERP Success Factors and End User ERP Satisfaction and the effect of Techno-stress on this relationship was examined through a quantitative study conducted with 392 ERP using participants working in different sectors throughout Turkey.
The study's findings indicate that, effective Project Management and Evaluation, Business Processes Re-engineering, Top management Support and Communication and Consulting Services all contribute to end-user ERP satisfaction. Techno-overload has been found to have a negative impact on the relationship between Project Management and Evaluation and Accuracy, and Business Process Re-engineering and Accuracy. In addition, Techno-uncertainty has been found to have a negative impact on the association between Project Management and Evaluation and Format and Timeliness, the relationship between Business Process Re-engineering and Content, Format, Ease of Use and Timeliness, and finally the relationship between Top management Support and Communication and Content and Timeliness.
