Bu çalışmada, Türkiye‟de gıda perakendeciliği piyasasının mevcut durumu, piyasanın dinamikleri‟nin ne olduğu, perakendecilerin nasıl bir rekabet ortamında olduğu ve rekabeti belirleyen koşulların neler olduğu araştırılmıştır.
