Özet:İNTERNETTE TÜRKÇE YAYIN YAPAN İSLAMİ SİTELER ÜZERİNE BETİMSEL ÇALIŞMA () 1990’lı yılların başından itibaren kullanımı yaygınlaşan internet, kısa sürede akademik ve popüler ilgiyi üzerine çekmiştir. Bu akademik tartışmalar içinde interneti modern toplumların karşı karşıya kaldığı siyasal, toplumsal ve ekonomik her türlü soruna bir çare olarak konumlandıran liberal yaklaşımların ağırlıkta olduğu gözlemlenmektedir. Eleştirel yaklaşımlar ise genelde internetin toplumsal, ekonomik ve siyasal sorunları çözmekten çok bu sorunları daha da derinleştirdiğine vurgu yapmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı demokrasinin çoksesliliği, çoğulculuğu, hoşgörüyü ve bireyin gelişimi ön plana çıkaran bir sistem olduğu tanımından hareketle, internetin bu yönde olumlu katkısını savunan liberal yorumları örnek olay olarak seçilen Türkçe yayın yapan İslami sitelerde incelemektir. Çalışmada İslami sitelerin seçilmesinde en önemli nedeni, Türkiye’de siyasal İslam tartışmalarının yoğun olarak yapılması ve siyasal İslam’ın kendi içindeki çeşitliliğidir. İNTERNETTE TÜRKÇE YAYIN YAPAN İSLAMİ SİTELER ÜZERİNE BETİMSEL ÇALIŞMA (İNGİLİZCE ) DESCRIPTIVE STUDY ON ISLAMIC WEBSIDES BROADCASTING IN TURKISH ON THE INTERNET (ENGLISH ABSTRACT Since the beginning of the 1990s, widespread use of the Internet, quickly drew on the academic and popular interest. This academic debate over the internet face of modern society, the political, social and economic positioned as a solution to every problem predominantly liberal approach is observed. Critical approaches to the internet in general social, economic and political problems rather than solving these problems makes a deeper emphasizes. ÉTUDE DESCRIPTIVE SUR WEBSIDES ISLAMIQUE DE DIFFUSION DANS TURQUE SUR INTERNET (RÉSUMÉ FRANÇAIS) Depuis le début des années 1990, l'utilisation généralisée d'Internet, rapidement appelé sur l'intérêt académique et populaire. Ce débat académique sur la face internet de la société moderne, la politique, sociale et économique positionne comme une solution à chaque problème approche essentiellement libérale est observée. Approches critiques de l'Internet en général des problèmes sociaux, économiques et politiques plutôt que de résoudre ces problèmes fait une profonde souligne. Dans ce contexte, l'étude de la polyphonie de la démocratie, le pluralisme, la tolérance et le développement individuel proposé un système qui est défini avec le mouvement, l'Internet de cette manière une contribution positive à la défense de l'interprétation libérale des études de cas sélectionnées à titre de radiodiffuseur turque sites islamiques enquête. Dieser akademische Debatte über das Internet angesichts der modernen Gesellschaft, die politischen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Lage gebracht, als eine Lösung für jedes Problem überwiegend liberalen Ansatz wird beobachtet. Kritische Ansätze für das Internet im Allgemeinen sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen macht eher Probleme als Lösung dieser Probleme einen tieferen betont. In diesem Zusammenhang ist die Studie der Demokratie Polyphonie, Pluralismus, Toleranz und individuelle Entwicklung vorgebrachten ein System, das mit der Bewegung definiert ist, mit dem Internet auf diese Weise einen positiven Beitrag zur Verteidigung der liberalen Auslegung von Fallstudien, wie der türkische Fernsehsender ausgewählten islamischen Websites zu untersuchen. Der wichtigste Grund für die Wahl der Studie des islamischen Stätten, die Diskussion über den politischen Islam in der Türkei in der Herstellung wird eingeengt und der Vielfalt des politischen Islam ist ihre eigene.
