The sample group consisted of 103 healthy individuals in total (49 females, 54 males) in 20-45 age range who live in Kocaeli Province. In the study level of cortisol hormone in the saliva samples taking from the test subjects is investigated. In the data analyze average and standard deviation values related and unrelated group 1 test and non-parametric Willcoxon analyze are used. The persons who listened to the music is composed of test group and the persons who do not listen to the music is composed of control group. In designating test subjects in the study contributor form, Back Depression Scale and SCL 90 scale are used. In the stage of the test anxiety scale is applied to the subjects and temparature-Pulse-Blood Pressure is processed in registration form as being anthropometric measurement. The test stage is finished after saliva samples have been takin into Salivette tubes. They are also requested to be at the place where research is being made in the morning at 07.00 hrs as being hungry. In the first stage basal saliva, temperature, pulse and blood pressure are taken and anxiety scale is applied. In the second stage acute stress sound is given by special earphones and again anxiety scale is applied after temperature, pulse and blood pressure are taken. In the last stage the test group listened to reed flute improvization in tune Huseyni and hymns. In the last stage of the control group the subjects are requested to listen to the music blindfolded. Afterward anxiety scale is applied after temperature, pulse and blood pressure are taken and they are taken into record. The saliva samples in the Salivetti tubes (saliva cortizol tube) are centrifuged in 1000 cycles and transferred into Eppendorf tubes of 1,5 ml by sterile pasteur pipettes of 3 ml. They are settled in the speaciak cooler after labelled. They are kept for 28 days in 20 minus degree to be analyzed in a top-level laboratory environment. In the conclusion of the study it is found out that stress stimulating and temperature of the subjects in the control group are increased, cortizol hormone is fixed. It is observed that the great tension, cortizol hormone of the subjects in the test group are reduced after stres and music. It is concluded that listening to religious music in tune Huseyni reduce the cortizol in morning and this spells a positive effect on stress level that might be formed in mornings.
