Özet:Aristoteles’in İskender’e savaş yöntem ve tekniklerini anlatmak ve ona bu konularda tavsiyelerde bulunmak amacıyla yazmış olduğu risalenin Türkçeye tercümesini konu alan olan bu eser; inceleme, metin ve dizin bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. İnceleme bölümünde üç alt başlık bulunmaktadır: 1. Aristoteles’in hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. 2. Risāle-i Ādāb-ı Harb’in özellikleri, yazıldığı dönem, içeriği ve konu başlıkları açıklanmıştır. 3. Gramer notlarında eserin söz varlığı, imlâ özellikleri, ses değişmeleri ve ses olayları, şekil özellikleri metinden örnekler verilerek incelenmiştir. Metin bölümünde yazmanın transkripsiyonu yapılmıştır.Varak numaraları [ ] simgesi içinde, satır numaraları ise üst simge olarak ( ) simgesi içinde gösterilmiştir. Transkripsiyonlu metin hazırlanırken yazmada yanlış yazıldığını düşündüğümüz kelimeler dipnotta belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca eksik yazıldığını düşündüğümüz kelime, ek ve harfler { } simgesi içine, fazla olduğunu veya çıkarılması gerektiğini düşündüğümüz kelime, ek ve harfler ise - - simgesi içine alınmıştır. Metindeki harfler ve kelimeler genelde açık ve okunur durumda olmakla birlikte okumakta ve anlamlandırmakta zorluk çektiğimiz bir kelime, transkripsiyonlu metinde Arap harfli olarak yazmadaki haliyle verilmiştir. Dizin bölümünde yabancı kelimelerin yanında ait olduğu diller belirtilmiş, kişi ve millet adları ayrıca yazılmıştır. Kelimeler, metinde değişik anlamlarda kullanılmış ise bu anlamlar numaralandırılarak, başka bir kelimeyle birlikte kullanılarak farklı bir anlam kazanmışsa kelime grubu olarak o maddenin en altında yazılmıştır. Ses değişimine uğramış kelimeler → işaretiyle birbirine gönderilmiştir. Dizin bölümünün sonuna ise askerî terim ve savaş terimi olan sözcüklerden oluşan askerî terimler ve savaş terimleri dizini eklenmiştir. SUMMARY This written work that is about Turkish translation of the booklet which was written by Aristotle in order to give advice to Iskender and tell him the methods and technics of the war, consists of investigation, drafting and index parts. There are three subtitles in investigation part. 1. Information about Aristotle’s life and his works has given. 2. The features of Risāle-i Ādāb-ı Harb ; post – term, the content and the topics have explained. 3. Vocabulary work, spelling features, sound change and sound have investigated by giving samples from the drafting events in grammar notes. Transcription of writing has been done in drafting part. Foil numbers are shown in the sign of [ ] , the line numbers are also shown in the sign of ( ) as superscript. While preparing the transcription drafting, the words that we think something is wrong are emphasized in the footnote. Furthermore; words, affix and letters that we think we write something missing are included in the sign of { } ; we write something surplus are included in the sign of - - . In addition to that the words and the letters are generally clear and legible, a word that is difficult to read and understand stay with the original letter ( Arabic ) in the transcription drafting. Foreign words are specified with their original languages and the names of individuals and the nation are also written. If the words are used in different meaning in the drafting, the meanings were numbered. If words are used with another word and they have another meaning together , they were written at the bottom of the item as a word group. The words having the change of sound refer to each other with the sign of →. The index of the military and war terms that contain the words of military and war have been added at the end of the index part.
