Özet:

Ebû Abdurrahman Muhammed b. Muhammed b. Abdurrahman b. Cüzün sonundaki on iki hadisin ise yer aldığı hadis kaynaklarının tespiti yapılarak dipnotlarda belirtilmiştir. SUMMARY The fascicle of Abû Abdurrahman Mohammed b. Mohammed b. Abdurrahman b. AbûBekir Mohammed b. AbûTevbe el-Kushmîhenî (d. 578/1182) titled“Selected Hadiths from Mohammed b.İsmâil al- Bukhârî’sSahihcomposed of chain of narrators with the names Mohammad to bless the name Mohammad which is the name of His Holiness Prophet” was written in the 6th century Hijri and collected the hadiths with the chain of narrators named Mohammed in Bukhari’s Sahih. Being in Suleymaniye Library, the fascicle is composed of two chapters. While there are 100 hadiths selected from Sahih Bukhari in the first chapter, there are 12 hadiths in the second chapter starting with the expression “from this chapter”. In the fascicle, the narrators of the hadiths up to the Tabi’in period are composed of narrators with the name Mohammad. Our study consists of three chapters; one introduction and two main chapters. In the introduction, the subject of the thesis as well as the method and the resources are specified. In the first chapter, the state of hadith science in the period when the fascicle was written, the hadith fascicles within the hadith literature as well as the life and the scientific personality of Kushmîhenî, the writer of thisfascicle we worked on are elucidated. In the second chapter, the work item, the hadith fascicle itself is introduced, and the hadiths are examined in terms of their authenticity. And then, the indices of the hadiths and narrators cited in the fascicle are made and the hadiths are compiled with respect to their subjects. Some leafs of the original fascicle are also given. As there is only one copy of the fascicle, we did not get the opportunity to compare the text of the fascicle with the other copies. Nonetheless, we depicted the books and the chapters referred in Sahih Bukhari separately and gave the narrations with different narrators -if there is any- in the footnotes. Besides, we detected the hadith resources referring to the 12 hadiths in the second chapter and shared them in the footnotes. This fascicle illustrates how hadith scholars in particular collected the hadith texts in so many different ways and proves their remarkable efforts to pass on these hadiths to the next generations. Another important and valuable aspect of this fascicle is that the hadiths were narrated with their chain of narrators after about a century when the hadith narration with the chain of narrators was fully completed.
