Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program on the patients' physical activity level and cardiopulmonary parameters in type 2 diabetic patients who were discharged after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Methods: The individual with a similar demographic 48 coronary artery bypass graft surgery and volunteered to participate in the study; The study group (n = 25) and the control group (n = 23) were included in the study. In order to evaluate the quality of life in both groups, the Short Form-36 quality of life scale was used to evaluate exercise capacity; The 2-minute walk test (2 MWT) was used to determine the leg strength in the chair, and the basal dyspnea index (BDI) was used for the evaluation of dyspnea. Results: After CABG surgery, exercise capacity, dyspnea improvement, quality of life and physical fitness were increased in all individuals. In the telerehabilitation group; SF36 sub-parameters; the results of pain and social functioning were found to be more negative and physical fitness was found be more positive. Discussion: After CABG surgery; There are few studies examining the effectiveness of the telerehabilitation program and the quality of life, dyspnea and functional capacity of patients. The most important result of this study is that it improves physical fitness after telerehabilitation program after bypass graft surgery. This result is thought to shed light on the rehabilitation programs to be established for these individuals. The findings are expected to contribute to other studies. vKeywords: Coronary Artery By pass Greft, Telerehabilitation, Diyabetus Mellitus
