Özet:MÜMTEHANE SURESİ’NİN 12. AYETİ BAĞLAMINDA KADINLARIN BİATI MESELESİ Hz. Peygamber İslam Devleti’ni kurarken ve bazı önemli durumlarda erkek ve kadın inanan tüm insanlardan biatlar almıştır. Hudeybiye Anlaşması sonrasında ise kadınlardan biat alması Mümtehane Suresi’nin 12. ayeti ile Allah’ın bir emri olarak Kur’ân-ı Kerim’de yer almıştır. Çalışmamızda ayette, kadınlar ile Hz. Peygamber arasındaki ilişkinin biatlaşma ile kurulmuş olması ve biat etmeleri istenen maddelerin temel konusunun neler olduğu incelemeye alınmıştır. Bu ilişkinin ise Hz. Peygamber’in devlet lideri vasfı ile gerçekleştiği yani siyasal bir ilişki olduğu, Hz. Peygamber’in uygulamaları ve ilgili ayet değerlendirilerek tespit edilmiştir. Haliyle bu tavrı, Hz. Peygamber’den sonra gelen devlet liderlerinin de takınması gerekirken, kadınlarla benzer bir biatlaşmanın Hz. Peygamber’den sonra gerçekleşmediği görülmüştür. ABSTRACT THE MATTER OF WOMEN’S ALLEGİANCE WİTHİN THE CONTEXT OF 12TH VERSE OF SURAH MUMTAHANE While founding the Islamic State and in some important situations, The Nobel Prophet (S) took all believing people's, both men's and women's, pledge of allegiance. After the treaty of Hudeybiye, the matter of taking pledge of allegiance from women took place in the Holy Qur'an as a commandment of Allah by the 12th Verse of Surah Mumtahine. In this study, it was examined that the relationship between The Nobel Prophet (S) and the women was established by making pledge and what the main topic of the allegiance that they were wanted to pledge. It was confirmed by evaluating the related Verse and the applications of the Nobel Prophet (S) that this relationship was a political relation. Therefore, the other statesmen coming after the Nobel Prophet (S) should have assumed this attitude but it was shown that similar allegiance with women didn't come true after The Nobel Prophet (S).
