PRACTISING TO GET ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATE AT A PRINTING OFFICE People values importance of quality lately more than before. Quality is completed with the most important parts of quality that are good service, product quality and customer’s pleasure. Firms that manufacture for good service, product quality and customer’s pleasure need the system that can control all work centre of the firm. I want to examine and explain as four main parts that have the topic about practise ISO 9001- 2000 quality system in a printing house. I defined at the first part is about beginning of practise this system in the past, how this system came to Turkey and in which stage this system stand at the end. I tried to explain in the second part basic concepts of ISO 9001-2000 Safety System. These are Quality, Quality System, Management of the Quality, Total Quality Management. I determined and explained these concepts as summary. I expressed that contents of the system, standards are showed, premises are in the system, quality management system, responsibility of the management, management of the sources, realization of the product, practising of the product realization system and evaluation of the result of the measures. The last part includes example form, report, instruction and list. I gave information about how the examples can be practised.
