The study is completed wıth reserve team (A2) which have 20 players in Turkish Super League Football team. It was decided that all groups, pre-post test values, in order are, height; 174.8±4.3 cm / 174.8±4.3 cm, weight; 67.46±5.6 kg / 67.6±5.3 kg, body fat ; % 8.06±2.3 / % 7.7±1.86 and fat mass; 59.36±5.6 kg / ±59.9±5.46 kg. Research group were determined according of Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test level 1 (YYIRTL1) list based on performance style, they ranked in ascending order and were distributed by drawing lots that are 3v3 + R (n = 6), 4v4 + R (n = 8) and TET (n = 6) groups. 3v3 and 4v4 + R groups are depending on method of running the SSG and TET group of traditional plain, which is go on a regular-season team training period and it is adopted to every other day that make up to 6 session on 11 days in the study period. Both groups of SSG and TET were trained 4x4 min interval load method (4x4 ILM) which is separated 3 ' passive rest times. During training sessions, heart rate values for all groups, blood lactate concentrations and perceived exertion levels (RPE) were recorded. Start and end of training period, all groups were applied YYIRTL1, 30 m sprint test, agility test (T-test) and repeated sprint test (TST). For statistical operations SPSS 14.0 package program was used. For pre-last test comparisons between groups we used independent test ( Mann-Whitney U Test), to determine the relation between pre and last test values in the experimental and control group within themselves we used equivalent sample test ( Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test). All Groups showed development that (3v3 + K, 4v4 + K and TET) YYIRTL1 performance (4.4%, 4%, 8%), 30 m sprint performance (1%, 0.2%, 0.7%), 20 m sprint performance (2.1%, 0.7%, 0.3%). And just in SSG group showed development in 10-m sprint performances (respectively 3.6% and 1.8%) for the SSG has shown improvement, but declined in TET (0.6%). T-test results were that in SSG groups showed an improvement ( respectively 5.1% and 4.5% ) but there is no improvement in TET groups . According to the results of repeated sprint test, pre and 4 post-tests, for the best sprint values, SSG groups showed that % 5 improvement and TET group showed that %2.8 improvement. Average values of the sprint are, 5% for SSG and % 2.8 for TET the in 4.7% of SSG, groups, TET group showed a 2.7% growth. Fatigue indexes derived from the same test, in SSG group fatigue index values for the pre-post test are 0.07 and 0.09,respectively. And in TET group fatigue index values for the pre-post test are 0.18 and 0.14,respectively. This results show that running method is more effective than SSG for aerobic endurance development but has been determined that as well as for soccer-spesific development of aerobic endurance, 10, 20 and 30 m sprint, agility, the ability to recover the extra effect of factors such as the SSG in terms of a much more effective soccer ‘has been identified as a specific method.
