Abstract:Tarihî Kıpçak Türkçesi’nin bir kolu olan Gregoryan Muhiti Kıpçak Türkçesinin mahkeme tutanakları çalışmamıza konu olmuştur. Çalışma, giriş, metin, dizin ve tercüme bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümü Kıpçaklar ve Kıpçak Türkçesinin tarihî seyrini anlatmaktadır. İnceleme bölümünde metnin yazım ve dil özellikleri metinden örneklerle aktarılmıştır. Metin bölümünde metnin Hay harflerinden çevriyazısı yapılmıştır. Dizin bölümünde metinde yer alan tüm sözcük ve sözcük grupları gösterilmektedir. Tercüme bölümünde ise metin Türkiye Türkçesi’ne aktarılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile Gregoryan Muhiti Kıpçak Türkçesine ve Gregoryan Muhiti Kıpçak Türklerinin sosyal ve siyasî hayatına da ışık tutulması hedeflenmiştir. ABSTRACT Court documents written in Gregorian zone Kipchak Turkish, which is branch of Kipchak Turkish, has been the subject of our study. Our study has five sections, entry, analysis, text, index and translation. Entry section, describes Kipchak and the history of Kipchak. In the analysis section, text’s spelling and language features explained with examples. Text section includes the transcription of the text that written with Hay letters. In the index section, all the words and phrases in the transcribed text are listed. And text translated to Turkey Turkish in the translation section. Within our work, both Gregorian zone Kipchak Turkish language, and with included translation, Gregorian zone Kipchak social life are aimed to be described.
