Özet:Küreselleşme sonucunda, dünyamız büyük bir kent halini almıştır. Bu globalleşme sonucunda rekabet gittikçe şiddetlenmekte ve işletmeler arasında acımasızca sürdürülmektedir. İşletmelerin rekabete uyum sağlayabilmek ve pazarda belli bir pay elde edebilmek için, üretim veya hizmetlerinde 'sıfır hata' hedefine ulaşması gerekmektedir. Sıfır hata hedefine ulaşabilmek başlangıçta zor bir iş gibi görünse de, uygulamaya konulduktan sonra, başarılı sonuçların elde edilmesiyle bu hedefe ulaşmak kolaylaşacaktır. Sıfır hata sadece bir slogan değil, aynı zamanda ulaşılabilecek bir hedeftir. Poka-Yoke, sıfır hataya ulaşmada hataları önleme ve bulma konusunda etkin kullanılabilecek, kolay ve geliştirmeye elverişli bir tekniktir. Bu teknik ile hataların sadece ortaya çıkarılması işlemi yapılmamakta, aynı zamanda hatanın bir daha tekrar etmemesi için kaynağında denetim sağlanmaktadır. Poka-Yoke tekniği uygulanırken hatanın iyi bir şekilde tanımlanması ve hataya sebebiyet verecek etkenlerin de iyi gözlenmesi gerekmektedir. Çalışmanın başında poka-yoke tekniğinin tarihi gelişiminden bahsedilmiştir, aynı zamanda kurucusunun ve dünyada yapılan örneklerden bahsedilmiştir. Sonra, hatanın tanımı yapılmış ve hata çeşitleri belirtilmiş, hataları önlemek için alınacak tedbirlerden bahsedilmiştir. Sıfır hata kavramının gelişimi ve sıfır hata faaliyetlerinin uygulama zorunluluklarından söz edilmiştir. Son olarak, sıfır hataya ulaşmada etkin olarak kullanılan ve tüm çalışanların katılımını sağlayan "Poka-Yoke" tekniği geniş olarak anlatılmıştır. Poka-yoke, sıfır hataya ulaşmadaki en önemli tekniklerden birsidir ve bu teknik hatalardan korunmayı sağlamaktadır. Ülkemiz açısından büyük bir önem arz eden otomotiv yan sanayii sektöründe, uygulama olarak poka-yoke tekniği çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, sıfır hataya ulaşmak için ve bu konuda yapılacak her çalışmanın işletmeyi hatasız üretimde bir adım daha ileri taşıyacağı görülmüştür. Bu amaçla poka-yoke, sıfır hata hedefine ulaşmak için kullanılabilecek bir araç, bir tekniktir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Toplam Kalite Yönetimi, Hata Çeşitleri, Sıfır Hata, Poka-Yoke. ABSTRACT The Poka-Yoke (PY) is a useful and convenient to be improved technique that can be used effectively to Zero Defect or prevent errors and detect them. This technique is not only used for finding errors but also inspect is provided at the source of error in order not to repeat that error. While the PY technique is used, the definiton of mistake must be definitely described and also the effects for the mistake are to be well obseved. At the beginning of the study the historical development of the PY technique is explained. At the same time examples that are applied in the world are explained. Then mistake is defined and the types of error are explained. Also the precautions that must be taken for preventing the errors are explained. The development of Zero Defect concept and difficulties for applying this technique are explained. In the end the PY technique, that used effictively to Zero Defect and also provides all employees to reach the same aim, is explained in detail. The PY is one of the most important techniques that is used to Zero Defect and also this technique provides to prevent from errors. In the automative spare industry, that is very important especially for Turkey, PY studiy is applied. In the result of the study each application, that is applied to Zero Defect, carries the company a step forward to reach production without mistakes. This is exactly observed. The PY is a tool and technique that is used to Zero Defect aim.
